Created a robust marketing and product design system in Figma implemented across all company-wide materials. Worked in tandem with our lead product designer, shadowing and completing tickets for our in-app experience. Led company logo and website re-design project in partnership with the design agency: Focus Lab. Provided daily feedback to other designers and oversaw the direction of all marketing campaigns. Trained and onboarded new designers and team members. Implemented various project management practices and team review sessions.
